Renewal — The Long Light Codex
The year turns. The light returns.
Renewal is the Codex of The Long Light — the final candle in the Chronicle, created not for a single festival or season, but for the moment when one turning year gives way to another.
The six Chapters follow the rhythm of the traditional Irish year, from Imbolc through Bealtaine, Midsummer, Lughnasadh and Samhain to the Winter Solstice. Renewal stands beyond them: a reminder that the ending of one cycle is also the beginning of the next.
Apple · Sandalwood · Amber
Fresh apple brings the promise of beginnings. Sandalwood grounds the fragrance in earth and wood, while warm amber carries something of the year that has passed into the one yet to come.
Bright at first, then warm and contemplative, Renewal is a fragrance for thresholds — for looking back, beginning again, and the enduring return of the light.
The Codex
In a Chronicle, the Codex is something set apart. Renewal completes The Long Light, drawing its six seasonal Chapters together into a single turning year.
