Shipping and Delivery

The Curious Chandler currently delivers to addresses within Ireland only.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, product launches or holiday seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by An Post.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, public holidays, postal disruption and unusually busy seasonal periods.

You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

Delivery charges

Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact enquiries@thecuriouschandler.ie immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because an incomplete or incorrect address was supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply before it can be sent again.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact enquiries@thecuriouschandler.ie with your name and order number.

We will review the delivery information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with An Post. Please allow time for An Post to complete its investigation.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, contact enquiries@thecuriouschandler.ie as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged item where possible.

Please retain the packaging until we have advised you what to do next.
